We at PharmaServe have compiled a comprehensive database of
physicians with the sales professional in mind! We realize that many times the
difference between an unsuccessful and successful sales call can be a small
piece of important information. Information such as where the physician went to
school or perhaps the physician’s interests or hobbies can make all the
difference. PharmaPhysicians contains the above information and much more such
as the office manager’s name, office revenue, and other valuable information
such as the physician’s network and affiliations. Pharmaserve provides a
database of physicians from all fields of medicine. Further, we have provided
an area where sales professionals can enter notes about their physician and
mark them for either public (PharmaServe members) or private(sales
professional) viewing. PharmaServe hopes that this will facilitate in the
exchange of dialogue among sales professionals as to what may or may not work
with certain physicians. Essentially our members will be able to read what
other sales professionals are writing about their doctors. It is our genuine
hope that this feature will be used in a professional and truthful manner as to
help all succeed!
PharmaDate
We at PharmaServe realize that staying organized is an
extremely important part of a sales professional’s success. A missed physician
lunch can cause irreparable damage. Sometimes partners in the same territory
double-book a lunch, with the same physician in the same week, causing
confusion and waste of resources! PharmaDate allows sales professionals to
enter their lunches into an online calendar and then share this online calendar
with their partners! PharmaServe members will be able to see all the upcoming
events for themselves and their partners! Further, when members order an event
through PharmaCafe their calendar will fill in automatically with the event
details. There is no need to enter information twice. All PharmaDate calendars
are easily printable so that they can be taken to team meetings and can be used
for those “manager” days.
PharmaCafe
PharmaCafe is an easy to use online catering system that is
available day or night. We offer a wide array of cuisines and menus such as
Italian Bistro, Chinese Wok, Mexican Skillet, Japanese Junction and more! We
offer individual meals as well as Lunch & Learn Packages and Platters so
that members can customize their events according to their individual needs and
budget. Simply press the PharmaCafe tab and enter in the delivery information,
select desired food items from our menus, and Checkout! Ordering is as simple
as that! A receipt is automatically e-mailed to members for their records at
time the order is placed. Further, we have customer service representatives
ready to assist members 24 hours a day, seven days a week! Place just one order
or multiple orders and rest assured that PharmaServe is on the job to make sure
that our clients have the best catering experience possible!
PharmaReceipts
No matter how organized a sales
professional may be, from time to time they can lose a receipt. Even worse,
sometimes caterers forget to mail receipts altogether or leave receipts with
the office manager. Finally, often times a sales professional may not even
realize a receipt is missing till expense reports are due! PharmaReceipts was
created for just such an occasion. Members can print out receipts for any
PharmaCafe event at anytime! Never worry about losing event receipts again.
PharmaServe keeps an accurate record of all transactions. Further we have
installed search filters that allow our members to track receipts per physician
between desired dates- thus allowing for accurate budget reports! Use these to
track how much has been spent on a certain physician and track these expenses
by quarter or by year. Find out if a physician is responding to Lunch &
Learns or if resources can be better utilized elsewhere. PharmaReceipts is
perfect for those budget meetings but first you have to become a PharmaServe
