The PharmaServe Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use PharmaServe’s products and services, including information provided when you use PharmaDate © Calendar. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to PharmaDate © Calendar.
Personal Information

Account information and settings. To use PharmaDate
© Calendar, you need to register for a PharmaServe Account. PharmaServe asks for some personal
information when you create a PharmaServe Account, including your email address
and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
A PharmaServe Account allows you to access many of our services that require
registration. If you already have a PharmaServe account, we may ask you for
some minimal amount of information to set up your calendars, such as your name,
preferred default language, and time zone.

Usage statistics. We may record information about
your usage of PharmaDate © Calendar, such as when and for how long you use the
service, the frequency and size of data transfers, and the number of events and
calendars you create. Information displayed or clicked on in your PharmaDate © Calendar
account (including UI elements, ads, links, and other information) is also
recorded for the purposes described below. Every ninety days, if not more
frequently, we permanently delete usage statistics associated with your use of PharmaDate
© Calendar. We retain this information beyond 90 days in aggregate form only.
Uses

PharmaServe's computers process the information on
your PharmaDate © Calendar to offer you the best possible service, including
formatting and displaying the information to you, backing up your calendar’s contents.

PharmaServe may send you information related to
your PharmaDate © Calendar account or other PharmaServe services.
Your choices
·
You can modify and delete events that you have
created on your PharmaDate © Calendar.
·
Because of the way we maintain this service such
deletion may not be immediate, and residual copies of your calendar information
may remain on backup media.
