How to Order

If you need assistance or prefer to have a menu customized for your event, feel free to contact a PharmaCafe © sales representatives seven days a week , 24 hours a day, at 1-888-4-PHARMA-U or via email foodpurchases@pharma-serve.com

Notice

Placement of orders through PharmaCafe © requires a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery.  We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, however selection and availability may be limited.

Minimum Order

Breakfast and Luncheon deliveries for service require a minimum food order of $100. 00

Dinner Meeting deliveries require a minimum food order of $100.00 If you are entertaining a smaller group, let us know and our sales representatives will be happy to adjust your menu and pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery at no charge. Because our cuisine is custom-prepared, cancellation within 24 hours of an event will incur a charge of up to the full price of the order. 

Menu Changes

Substitutions may be necessary if any ingredient is unavailable or found unsatisfactory by our chefs.

Disposable Utensils and Supplies

PharmaServe will provide disposable plates, utensils and napkins. Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are sent in quality disposable containers.


 

Service Charge

A service charge of 10% applies to all orders.

Taxes

7% sales tax is added to all orders. Tax exempt organizations must provide certification prior to delivery.

PharmaServe accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.  Corporate accounts may be arranged.
